Who can apply?
Eligible existing buildings include qualifying commercial, industrial, institutional, community and non-landed residential developments. NParks assesses site and proposal suitability.
How much support is available?
Up to 50% of qualifying installation costs on a reimbursement basis.
Lower of 50% of cost or S$200 per square metre for rooftop greenery / S$500 per square metre for vertical greenery.
What costs can qualify?

Key conditions
The application must be approved and a Letter of Offer issued before installation starts. Projects are generally expected to complete within the offer period. Funded greenery must be maintained for at least five years, with potential recovery of support if the undertaking is breached.
For any project where timing matters, applicants should avoid making irreversible commitments before confirming the programme's pre-start requirements. Where the scheme is discretionary or delivered through an appointed partner, the agency or programme partner retains the final decision on eligibility and quantum.
How and when should you apply?
Participation is first-come, first-served and subject to fund availability. Applicants submit their interest to NParks before site work begins.
Is this scheme relevant to your project?
A strong fit is: An owner of an eligible existing building planning a substantive new rooftop or vertical greenery installation and prepared to maintain it for five years.
A weak fit is: Indoor greenery, maintenance of existing landscaping or works already started before NParks approval.
How Reeve | R&D supports the scheme
Reeve | R&D can manage the incentive workstream from initial eligibility assessment through project structuring, funding modelling, application preparation, evidence planning, agency interaction and post-award coordination, while the company or eligible applicant remains the formal applicant where required.
