Key conditions
Projects must create community or social good in Singapore and must not be commercial. Seed projects can run up to one year, Sprout up to two years and Scale up to three years.
For any project where timing matters, applicants should avoid making irreversible commitments before confirming the programme's pre-start requirements. Where the scheme is discretionary or delivered through an appointed partner, the agency or programme partner retains the final decision on eligibility and quantum.
How and when should you apply?
As of 7 October 2026, Seed is open year-round and the Oct-Nov 2026 Sprout cycle is current. The Jul-Aug 2026 Scale window is closed; the next scheduled Scale window is Jan-Feb 2027.
Is this scheme relevant to your project?
A strong fit is: A genuinely citizen- or community-led initiative with clear social impact, stakeholder participation and an appropriate tier for its maturity.
A weak fit is: A profit-oriented commercial project or ordinary corporate CSR expenditure without a community-led delivery model.
How Reeve | R&D supports the scheme
Reeve | R&D can manage the incentive workstream from initial eligibility assessment through project structuring, funding modelling, application preparation, evidence planning, agency interaction and post-award coordination, while the company or eligible applicant remains the formal applicant where required.
